Provide an Area of Interest and U-CHECK will create an independent Utility Register and Risk Assessment to help projects identify gaps, inconsistencies, and critical assets without bias toward any stakeholder. The U-CHECK Utility Register is benchmarked against a industry standards and trends to ensure that projects are adequately informed and relevant​​
Design & Constructability Compliance
U-CHECK will review utility designs and combined utility drawings against authority standards and third-party requirements. We offer advice to ensure investigations and design data is fit for purpose and provide safe working constructability recommendations for crews to adopt on site. We interrogate the assumptions, interfaces, technical and non-technical factors to ensure compliance and mitigate costly approval risks

& Commercial Review
We audit construction methodology, Utilities Management Plans, enabling works and program sequencing to highlight potential safety breaches and communicate practical solutions. In addition U-CHECK offers targeted and risk-aware reviews of third-party agreements, procurement strategies and cost estimates for utility design and construction works
